Seriously.
This Chapter Is Called...
Deserving.
If I'd written that word even 6 months ago, I'd be full of self doubt, self consciousness, and too much awareness of what others think about it.
I may have even written it from a haughty POV. When I write it now it resonates internally.
Deeply.
And not from cockiness or external approval. I write from so much connectivity to myself, that even if every single person who hits this page hates it - I still feel it in my soul so I'm cool.
I hear people throw around buzzwords like self love and awareness all the time. Sometimes I cringe when I use them because of it.
In most scenarios when I hear these words, they do connect with thoughts of talking kindly to yourself, working out, treating yo'self...the usual.
Self-help, self-awareness, and self-love are not just trendy buzzwords; they are powerful tools for personal growth and transformation. It's about more than just positive affirmations or treating yourself - it's about diving deep into your own soul and understanding your worth and potential. As someone who has faced challenges and setbacks, I wanted to take things a bit further.
Last year I was approached by a publishing company that wanted to collaborate on a planner/journal with me for ThePoshGirlsClub.
I thought - how exciting!
And the very next words were...if we're going to do this, it's going to be different.
I don't want yet another cookie-cutter type planner or journal. If I'm in, it's got to be what I envision - based on my experiences...not buzzwords that give a temporarily warm glow and dissipate over time.
This PGC 12 Week Planner + Journal would provide the strategies I use to cultivate one success after the next in my personal life. I mean, even times of recovering from the lowest points of different life moments, gaining + losing weight, finding + losing love...there are certain strategies I will go back to and really count on, to get me right back on track.
When I say I've seen the struggles at every level - I mean that!
Several years back I was laid off from an insanely fulfilling + high paying tech job. It was a role that made all of the work I'd done before - as an Entrepreneur + Coach make sense! And I absolutely loved it.
I worried that there was no coming back from that one, because it was something I was so passionate about and more money than I'd ever made consistently, and those opportunities can seem and feel sparse, especially from a 'round the way girl from South Florida.
And per usual, when life "life's" at me, I did what I always do...back to square one in my process: review, process + implement.
TBH, I didn't know I was doing this process. But since I work in a Zone of Genius that values and normally sees processes in everything, I knew exactly what I wanted to create with Found.
Intentionality is a major component for creating success over and over again. It's not just about setting goals and working towards them; it's about having a solid plan in place that aligns with your vision and values.
When you are intentional about your plans, you can navigate through life's challenges with grace and resilience.
That's exactly the approach I took when working on ThePoshGirlsClub 12 Week Planner + Journal.
When you find yourself in places in life that feel scary + uncertain...how do you feeel confident in knowing you can come back from it?
How do you ensure that you can as you get older and have more responsibilities?
At every age and stage of my life, I've experienced this though, fear, stress...
Wondering if I can overcome or "get it back". And at every stage, not only have I done so...but in a better version that I previously had.
The reason? Because I'd been following a process that even I didn't realize I'd created for myself.
In creating this planner + journal, I wanted it to be more than just a typical planner; I wanted it to be a tool that reflects my personal experiences and the strategies I've used to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
By being intentional in my approach, I was able to create a resource that will empower others to do the same.
And that's why I'm excited to offer a free 7-day challenge to those who pre-order their copy - because I know that with the right blueprint in hand, anyone can achieve their specific version of greatness.
So, join me on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment, and let's show the world what we're truly capable of.
I'm hosting a free 7 day challenge with a sample digital copy of ThePoshGirlsClub hard back Journal + Planner.
You'll need it to follow along as we build your winning blueprint that you can always refer back to + implement when life knocks you down a little.
I have some pretty cool prompts coming your way - you'll be very surprised to see what I'll pull out of you. But I'm more excited to see what you pull out of yourself.
Think about it...what do you do when life throws you a curveball? How do you plan for the next level once you reach a goal? Are you working towards your goals with that intentionality I spoke of? Or are you winging it on a wish + a prayer?
When faced with challenges, setbacks, or unexpected curveballs, it's not just about reacting; it's about having a well-thought-out strategy to navigate through with grace and resilience. By approaching planning with mindfulness and purpose, you can create a roadmap to achieve greatness and overcome obstacles. I know because I've done it over and over...and I always start back at square one - each time taking shorter periods to execute + begin seeing results...because I've taught myself how to solve to scale! Another one of my Silicon Valley concepts, but we'll get deeper into this idea closer to the challenge!
As I title a chapter of my life deserving...I do so knowing that my conviction stems so much further than a visit to the nail salon, a new outfit or hyped up self talk. The declaration stems from understanding my power...knowing that even when I'm not at my best, I'm still my best. I know that my worth + value don't come from any of the exterior elements. It comes from knowing that without all of it, I'm still deserving and lit.
Like, af.
Love you. Mean it.
